Before joining Lanfranco & Detry, he was a partner at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal from 2007 to 2013, within its Banking and Capital Markets department.

Previously he worked at the law firms Vítolo Abogados (1995 to 1997), Llerena & Asociados (1993 to 1995), Tau Anzoátegui & Asociados (1989 to 1993), Linares Quintana, Badeni & Gagliardo (1988 to 1989) and in the National Judiciary (1987 to 1988).

His areas of specialization include financing (local and international), restructuring, foreign investments, capital market transactions (national and international), mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange regulations, anti-money laundering regulations, trusts, contracts and litigation.
