Mariano Gramajo is a lawyer specialized in business law, and has focused his practice on advising companies on contractual and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate transactions, agricultural businesses, financial transactions and investment projects. He has actively participated in advising investors for the establishment and growth of their companies and businesses, as well as in the structuring of transactions related to the areas of his specialization.

In October 2018, he joined the firm to continue his professional career and being a partner of the legal department of ​​the Auren office in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Prior to joining the Firm, he was a partner at the Gramajo & Mendez Law Firm since June 2010. Previously, he developed his professional career for thirteen years as a lawyer in the Banking department of Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal (1997 – 2010), and in Knight, Frank & Rutley law firm in London (1996).

He has also been an assistant professor of “Elements of Civil and Commercial Contracts” of Dr. Atilio Aníbal Alterini at the University of Buenos Aires (1998 – 2004) and is currently a professor of the chair of “Capital Markets” of the Master’s Degree in Business Law from the ESEADE University Institute – Higher School of Economics and Business Administration (2003 – to date).
