Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina of Buenos Aires (1996) and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Legal Sciences at said University.
Experience
Mariano Gramajo is a lawyer specialized in business law, and has focused his practice on advising companies on contractual and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate operations, agricultural businesses, financial operations and investment projects in general. He has actively participated in advising investors for the establishment and growth of their companies and businesses, as well as in the structuring of transactions related to the areas of his specialization.
In October 2018, he joined Estudio Lanfranco to continue his professional work and works as a partner in the legal area of the Auren office in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentine Republic).
Prior to joining the Lanfranco Law Firm, he was a partner at the Gramajo & Mendez Law Firm since June 2010. Previously, he developed his professional activity for thirteen years as a lawyer in the Banking area of the Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal Law Firm (1997 – 2010). , and in Knight, Frank & Rutley in London (1996). He has also been an assistant professor of the chair of “Elements of Civil and Commercial Contracts” of Dr. Atilio Aníbal Alterini at the University of Buenos Aires (1998 – 2004) and is currently a professor of the chair of “Capital Markets” of the Master’s Degree in Business Law from the ESEADE University Institute – Higher School of Economics and Business Administration (2003 – to date).
In 2013 he was awarded the “Client Choice Award 2013” in the “Business Law” category in the Argentine Republic awarded by The International Law Office (ILO) and Lexology and in 2016 with the Global Law Experts (GLE) award. Lawyer in Corporate Law for the Argentine Republic.
